ANWB developed a new and digital strategy for their online products, as well as a shift from a service website to a multi-channel platform. This required the creation of a new design language that would appeal to a new target audience and differentiate the brand. The process of creating the visual design involved stakeholder management, boundary-pushing, and extensive user testing, as it was a continuous effort to meet the evolving needs of the company.
